One of the best development tools that has been around for the last
decade is Borland Delphi.

The DelphiComments application will scan one or more PAS files
and find classes and their respective properties, methods and comments. When all
class members are registered, you can use the GUI interface to add comments to
methods, parameters and function results. It allows for a much cleaner and even faster way of editing source code comments.

Yes, this product is a give-away! It is free to use, both privately
and commercially. However, please note that it also is a prototype of an application
originally developed for internal use only, so no ordinary support will be given.
